A trauma-informed residential facility for minors ages 12–17 who are survivors of human trafficking. Located in Centreville, Virginia — with Fairfax County zoning approval secured.

Fairfax County Zoning Approval Secured

The Board of Supervisors granted final approval (SE 2022-SU-00004) following a unanimous 10-0 recommendation by the Planning Commission. The facility is certified as a Congregate Living Facility on 5.63 acres.

Our clinical and operational frameworks are developed in consultation with the Wellspring Living Training Institute — a nationally recognized leader in trauma-informed care and survivor support programming.

Intake protocols are being developed in coordination with federal and local law enforcement — ensuring a seamless, secure transition for survivors exiting immediate crisis into our care.
